Who handles your information?
Creaflow, under the responsibility of Adam EL MOUDDENE, uses the information you submit to handle contact enquiries. For any question, write to creaflow.marketing@gmail.com.
Contact form information
The form collects your name, email, company if provided, revenue band, selected services and message. We also record your language, source page, any campaign parameters and the time of consent. A pseudonymised IP fingerprint is used to prevent abuse; the raw address is not stored with enquiries.
Why is it used?
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a potential collaboration and protect the form from abuse. You agree by checking the dedicated box. You may withdraw that agreement by contacting us; this does not affect processing already performed. A project enquiry may also lead to exchanges needed to prepare a service.
Call-to-action measurement
The website records clicks on calls to action: button identifier, page, language, time and a random identifier limited to the browser session. Names and emails are not added to these events. They are not used for advertising targeting. Events are automatically removed after 90 days. Session storage holds this identifier; no advertising cookie is used.
Providers and access
Enquiries are stored in Creaflow’s configured MongoDB database and a notification is sent to its business email using the configured email provider. Access should remain limited to those handling enquiries. Storage locations and provider safeguards must be confirmed in the production configuration.
Calendly and WhatsApp
Calendly is loaded only when you choose to open the calendar. It then processes booking information under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp and email links open external services, whose privacy rules apply to their use.
Retention and requests
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to follow them up, then should be removed or archived in line with obligations applying to the relationship. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information and contact us about an objection or restriction at the address below. We may request information needed to verify your identity.
